If you are a new patient wishing to schedule an appointment with Dr Alexander :

 

  1. Visit your GP and request a referral to Dr Alexander

  2. Email a copy of your referral to: intake@7pillarsofwellness.com.  Alternatively, you can post it to Dr Cathryn Alexander at 305 Olinda-Monbulk Road Monbulk 3793 

  3. Our friendly administration team will be in contact to schedule an appointment for you

  4. Please note we do not accept referrals for single session assessments (Medicare Item Number 291).  At this practice, assessments are multi-session.
